Real Estate School for Success was founded in 2005 by Bonny Starnes — a Columbia broker who watched too many new agents arrive at their first day on the job completely unprepared for the actual work. RESS started with a single classroom on St. Andrews Road and the conviction that real estate education should be taught by people who actively sell real estate.
Two decades later, we’ve trained more than ten thousand South Carolinians. We are SCREC-approved for pre-licensing (Unit I), broker licensure (Units II and III), property management licensure, and continuing education — every certification a South Carolina real estate professional needs across their full career.
What we believe
