Course enrollment

Enrollment grants you a non-transferable license to access course materials. Sharing your login credentials is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

All course materials — including text, video, audio, and downloadable assets — are the copyrighted property of Real Estate School for Success. You may use them for personal learning only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is prohibited.

Real Estate School for Success provides instruction designed to prepare students for the SC real estate exam, but we cannot guarantee individual results. State exam pass rates vary based on student effort, prior experience, and other factors outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Richland County, SC.
