Requirements
What South Carolina requires of brokers.
- Hold an active SC salesperson license for at least 3 years (or 36 months actively engaged).
- Complete Unit II — Advanced Real Estate Principles (30 hours).
- Complete Unit III — Brokerage Office Management (30 hours).
- Pass the SC broker state exam administered by PSI.
- Submit your application and fee to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.
