State exam results

While Real Estate School for Success maintains a strong first-attempt pass rate, individual exam results depend on student effort, study habits, and other factors. We cannot and do not guarantee you will pass the South Carolina Real Estate Commission examination on any particular attempt.

License application

Completing our courses does not automatically grant a South Carolina real estate license. You must independently pass the state exam, complete a background check, and submit your application directly to the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.
