Refund policy

Full refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if no more than 25% of the course has been completed. After 7 days or 25% completion (whichever comes first), enrollment is non-refundable.

Pass-or-money-back guarantee

Students who satisfy all of the following conditions and still fail the SC state exam may request a full tuition refund:

• Completed 100% of the assigned course material.
• Scored 80% or better on all RESS practice exams.
• Sat for the state exam within 60 days of course completion.
• Submit failure documentation within 30 days of the exam attempt.

Attendance (in-person & flex)

SCREC requires 90% attendance for credit. Students who miss more than 9 hours of an in-person session must reschedule or switch to online format. Recordings of flex sessions do not count toward in-person attendance.

Completion certificates

Certificates are issued automatically on course completion and submitted to SCREC within 3 business days. Lost certificates can be re-issued at no charge by emailing info@realestateschoolforsuccess.com.

Code of conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct in all classes and online forums. Harassment, cheating, or sharing of login credentials may result in dismissal without refund.

Accessibility

Students requiring accommodations should contact us at least 14 days before course start so we can make appropriate arrangements.
